Where can I get the passwords for the lesson?
The passwords allow teachers to pace the progress of the lessons. Teacher will be providing the passwords to the students when it is time for the class to do the interactive exercises. Since we’re bound by an agreement with the schools, only teachers are given a master list of the passwords.
Why does the installer say “Invalid Product Key”?
Please double-check the product key for any mistyped letters. It is common to interchange zero (0) with the letter O. If you’re still having problems, please send us a support ticket below.
Can we access the interactive games on the website?
We are currently working on improvements to our website. For now, Tekkids and TekHigh users are provided with CD installers that you can use to install the courseware on your computers at home. For DigiTitans and ICTopia users, you may only access the interactive games through your school’s computer laboratory.
