We cordially invite you to participate in our annual Philippine Youth Congress in Information Technology (Y4iT 2008). This event is organized by the University of the Philippines Information Technology Training Center (UP ITTC), UP System IT Foundation (UP SITF), and the Student Volunteer Corps (SVC), in cooperation with the Philippine Society of IT Educators (PSITE) and the Computing Society of the Philippines (CSP).

Y4iT 2008 will be held on September 2, 3, 4, and 5, 2008 simultaneously at three locations: the University Theatre, the UP Film Institute for the Main Event, and the UP Bahay ng Alumni for the Y4iT Sponsors Exhibit, all in the University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City.

Leading IT personalities, top corporate executives, distinguished academic professors and researchers, government officials, and policy makers whose interaction and decisions shape the future of the Philippine ICT, are invited to speak and share their views on their respective fields of expertise.

This year, we expect Y4iT to be even bigger as we gather as many as 17,500 delegates (senior high school and college students, IT professionals, members of the academe, and IT enthusiasts) for the four-day event nationwide. Registration fee of PhP 500.00 is required per day per participant. This covers morning and afternoon snacks, the Y4iT Congress souvenir kit, freebies from sponsors, and Y4iT daily raffles.
